It has been 15 years in the cultivation of specialty coffees in the Conceição do Rio Verde region, in the south of Minas Gerais. The Vale Verde farm contemplates a crop that is at about 1050 meters of altitude. There are 10 hectares planted and approximately 50 thousand coffee trees. Doctor and producer Dorival Vaz Ballesteros cultivate the culture alongside his son Guilherme Bonano and today his work focuses on the production of specialty coffees.
