The involvement of women in coffee growing is increasingly evident. And the results they have been showing show all their dedication to farming. At the Taquaral farm, the cultivation is directed by Sylvia MS Tinoco who, alongside her family, seeks to improve more and more. The crop is located at an altitude ranging from 1050 to 1200 meters. There are 102 hectares of coffee planted and among the varieties are Arara, Bourbon Amarelo, Catuaí , Catucai , Rubi, and Acaiá coffee . The farm is part of a women's group that her mother, Simone Morais manages in the south of Minas and today is already in the 5th generation of women in leadership.
