After working with the production of eucalyptus, producer Wilson realized that the lands of the Santa Maria farm, located in the municipality of Vargem Bonita, in the south of Minas Gerais, are good for producing quality coffees. He decided to embark on cultivation and went in search of knowledge through courses, in addition to investing in the property. The plantation has about 30 hectares, 6 with coffees planted at an altitude that reaches 1150 mt. The varieties are divided between Catucaí and Catuaí.
