The production of specialty coffees at the Cedro farm began with Sebastião Rodrigues about 30 years ago. During all this time the production provided the producer with experience and strength to play and maintain the quality of the production. In 2018, with the entry of the new generation, the sons Rodrigo Salles, Gabriel Salles, and Gustavo Salles, management was modified and production intensified. Technological changes were fundamental. Together they see the quality of the beverage and high productivity, as fundamental factors to overcome the challenge of producing mountain coffees. This is because the coffees are produced at 1200 - 1370 meters of altitude.
